My name is Amna Zuberi. This would be my second term if elected. I’m super excited to be part a delegate. I am on the Membership for Race Equality. I’m also the Secretary, and founding member, of the American Pakistan Democratic Party of San Diego(APDP).
Tasneem Rehman
Assembly District Candidate
Tasneem Rehmani is the Founder and President of Pakistani American Association of San Diego, the Treasurer of American Muslim Democrats Club, and Founder and President of American Pakistani Democrats of San Diego. Tasneem is running for Delegates of San Diego in hopes to further extend her community work. Tasneem has a background in microbiology, is an entrepreneur, and has been involved in community service since 1991. She has held over 100 successful fundraisers for social justice and disaster relief, educational events for the underprivileged, and philanthropic events for uniting the community. Tasneem cares for the social justice of women's rights, the working class, and the small businesses of diverse communities. Tasneem is very resourceful utilizing and uniting several non-profit organizations to help fundraise for the greater good of the community. Tasneem has held previous positions as the Treasurer of the American Muslim & Multifaith Women's Empowerment Council (AMWEC), Board member of the Muslim Community Center of Greater San Diego (MMCGSD) and served as Board of Director for Friends of Pakistan Link (FOPL). Lastly, Tasneem is a wife of a successful entrepreneur and American veteran while also being a mother of four beautiful and successful children. If given the opportunity to be a Delegate of San Diego, Tasneem will be able to further continue her community reinvestment and services by a larger scale.

My name is Arshi Shahzad and I am the Vice President of Pakistani American Association of San Diego. I need your vote for California Assembly District 75. I have been in San Diego for the last 24 years. I am very much involved in the community. I believe in the power of our democratic freedom of assembly, association, property rights, freedom of religion and speech, inclusiveness, and equality as well as to avoid violent conflicts, and political stability. I hope to earn your vote and represent presenting our communities with dignity and respect.
